To give you a good answer, we first need a few details about your event. Based on that, we’ll send you an initial estimate. If it feels right, we’ll visit the venue, go over everything together, and then send you a final, detailed offer.

Providing an initial estimate
Based on the details you provide, we will send you a preliminary price indication.
This allows you to quickly assess whether the project fits within your expectations and budget.
Here’s a general idea of our starting prices:
Basic installation: from €1,500
Extended installation: from €2,000
Breathtaking and immersive installation: from €3,000
Site visit and final offer
If our initial estimate aligns with your expectations, we'll schedule a site visit to your venue.
During this visit, we will:
Assess the technical feasibility of your desired setup.
Take measurements and photos as needed.
Discuss creative possibilities or adjustments
Gather all necessary technical details (e.g., rigging points, power supply options, access for setup).
Following the site visit, you'll receive a detailed final offer, which includes:
Details about the installation.
A clear price breakdown.
A timeline for setup and dismantling.
Good to know
The site visit is free of charge!
All our prices include: installation prior to the event, dismantling after the event, cost of materials, personnel and transportation.
The larger the dimensions of the room, the more lights we need to install.
We can increase the amount of lights within the same space to create an even greater "wow" factor.
Ideally, we have access to the venue at least one day before the event for installation.
